News - Certificates were presented to participants of the "Visit Astana" and "Quality Mark" program in Astana

On December 4, 2024, a solemn ceremony of awarding certificates to participants of the partnership program "Visit Astana" and "Quality Mark" took place. 

54 new partners of the program received certificates, including: 

• 41 catering facilities, 

• 12 hotels, 

• 1 tour operator. 

To date, the total number of participants in the "Visit Astana" program has reached 114 partners, which indicates the growing interest of the tourism business in the development and implementation of high quality standards. Chairman of the Management Board of NC Kazakh Tourism JSC Kairat Sadvakasov and Deputy Head of the Department for Investment and Business Development of Astana Maksat Zhanabayev made welcoming remarks at the event. In their speeches, they stressed the importance of the program to strengthen the image of the capital as a modern tourist center and expressed gratitude to all participants for their contribution to the development of the industry. The Partnership Program "Visit Astana", implemented by Astana Development Center LLP, is a unique initiative aimed at improving the quality of tourist services in the capital. It covers key areas of the tourism industry: the hotel and restaurant business, the activities of tour operators and tourist attractions. The purpose of the program is to prepare Astana for the reception of international guests and strengthen its status as a leading tourist destination. The "Visit Astana" program is based on the best world practices: • The 5A Infrastructure Program in China, • Tourism quality mark in Spain, • Standardization system in Switzerland, etc. An important stage was the recognition of the partnership program "Visit Astana" with the "Quality Mark" program implemented by NC Kazakh Tourism JSC throughout the republic. This cooperation confirms the high level of standards of both initiatives and their commitment to improving Kazakhstan's tourism infrastructure. The program continues to develop, attracting new participants and contributing to the further growth of the tourist attractiveness of the capital. Astana Development Center LLP expressed gratitude to all partners for their contribution to improving the quality of tourist services and noted the importance of their participation in the implementation of the program.
