Sanzhar Izteleuov
Deputy Chairman of the Board
Sanzhar Izteleuov was born in 1975 and is a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 1999, he graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management. In 2003, he completed his education at the University of London and Lancaster University (United Kingdom).
He has significant experience in both public and commercial sectors.
Since 1992, he has held the following positions: Specialist at the Development Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Deputy Head of the Representative Office of GML International Ltd, Advisor to the Minister, Head of the Department at the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Director of the Structural Financing Department at JSC “Kazakhstan Investment Fund”.
From 2008 to 2015, he served as Managing Director of JSC “Altay Asset Management,” Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “NC "Food Contract Corporation”, and Deputy as well as Acting Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “National Agency for Technological Development”.
Since 2015, he has been Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “National Agency for Technological Development”.
In 2017, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “NC "Kazakh Tourism”.
From 2019 to 2022, he served as Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “Almaty City Development Center”.
From October 2024 to February 2025, he was an Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board of LLP “Astana Development Center”.
In February 2025, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of LLP “Astana Development Center”.
