On June 26, Astana hosted an Open Doors Day in the format of a meeting between investors and representatives of the Astana Department of Investments and Entrepreneurship Development, prosecutor’s offices, the Investment Committee, government agencies, the Astana Development Center, Astana Invest, and the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs «Atameken».

The main focus of the meeting was the improvement of the investment climate in Kazakhstan and the enhancement of prosecutorial support for major investment projects.

The event was opened by the Chairman of the Investment Committee, G. Ospankulov, who emphasized the importance of feedback from the business community and interagency coordination in providing effective support to investors.

A key part of the event was the open dialogue session, during which participants exchanged views on the presented reports. Investors raised pressing issues related to their project implementation and received clarifications and comments from authorized bodies.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties summarized the outcomes and proposed measures to further improve investment support mechanisms and ensure legal stability for the business environment.

The Open Doors Day served as an effective platform for dialogue between the government and investors, reaffirming Kazakhstan’s commitment to fostering a favorable and protected investment climate.
