News - The round table on the regulation of cultural events was successfully held in Astana

On June 13, 2024, a round table on the topic "Regulation of cultural events" was held on the basis of Astana Development Center LLP. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss ways to develop tourism through cultural events and ensure their safety. The event was attended by representatives of key city administrations and organizations such as the Department of Culture, the Department for Investment and Business Development, the Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development, the Department of Internal Policy, the Astana Development Center, NCE "Atameken", the Department of Emergency Situations, the Department of Internal Affairs, as well as JSC "NC"Kazakh Tourism" and the Eurasian Association of Creative Industries. Among the participants there were business communities, including LLP companies "ZAKAZBILETOV.KZ ", LLP "Concert Fusion", IP "Colisium", LLP "BG Event Management", IP "ArtLab", LLP "NS GROUP PRODUCTION" and LLP "ATLAS". The participants of the round table discussed current issues in the organization of event events, such as site reservations and security issues. The event is a platform for the exchange of opinions and proposals between government agencies and business. Following the meeting, a cooperation agreement was signed between Astana Development Center LLP and the Eurasian Association of Creative Industries, as part of the Partnership Program with Associations.
