News - Solemn Certificate Presentation Ceremony for Accommodation and Service Facilities in Preparation for the V World Nomad Games

In anticipation of the V World Nomad Games, scheduled to take place from September 8 to 13, a solemn certificate presentation ceremony was held at the city akimat. Hotels, restaurants, and enterprises representing national souvenirs were awarded honorary certificates, confirming their readiness to welcome participants and guests of the Games.

This year, the city's hotels will host international athletes and performers, while Kazakhstani souvenir companies, in collaboration with the Games' organizers, will showcase products reflecting the country's cultural heritage. Catering facilities, which underwent a rigorous selection process, will provide quality food for fans and participants at key venues of the Games: Astana Arena, Alau Ice Palace, the Zhekpe Zhek Martial Arts Palace named after Zh.Ushkempirov, the Ethnoaul, and the Kazanat Hippodrome.

The ceremony was opened by the Chairman of the City Maslikhat, Yerlan Ermekovich Kanalimov. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of a high level of preparation and service, which will be the key to the successful hosting of this large-scale international event.

The certificates were presented by:
– Nail Faridovich Nurov, Head of the Directorate for the Preparation and Conduct of the V World Nomad Games;
– Khalel Rakhimovich Akimzhanov, Head of the Investment and Entrepreneurship Development Department.

Certificates were awarded to 52 catering companies, 20 companies representing Kazakhstani souvenirs, and 22 hotels where the competition participants will be accommodated. It is noted that each of these entrepreneurs underwent a thorough competitive selection, highlighting the high level of preparation for the Games.
