Yerlan Yerzhanov
Deputy Chairman of the Board
Yerlan Yerzhanov was born in 1982 and is a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2004, he graduated from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in International Relations.
In 2010, he earned a degree in Economics from Turan-Astana University, and in 2011, he completed a program in International Business Management at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (Spain).
He has significant professional experience in both public and commercial sectors.
Since 2004, he has held the following positions: Manager of the Uralsk branch of the subsidiary of JSC “KazMunayGas Trading House” – LLP “KMG-Zhaiyk”, Chief Manager of the Organizational Work Department at the NGO “National Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers of Kazakhstan "Atameken”, and Head of the Transport Logistics Department at the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2015 to 2020, he served as Marketing Director of LLP “EurasianTradeGroup” and Head of the Department for the Support of International Agreements at the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From December 2020 to April 2022, he was Director of the Public Foundation “Fund for the Development of Social Projects”.
From April 2022 to April 2023, he served as Deputy Head of the Entrepreneurship Department of the Karaganda Region.
From April to July 2023, he was Director of the Investment Attraction Department at LLP “SPK Astana Development”.
In July 2023, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of LLP “Astana Development Center”.
