At the instruction of the Head of State, the prosecution authorities have implemented the "Prosecutorial Filter for Investor Protection" project, which applies to all decisions and restrictive measures taken by government bodies against investors.
The aim is to introduce effective tools to prevent violations of investors' rights and legitimate interests and to improve the overall investment climate.

On June 5, 2025, a working meeting was held at the Front Office platform, where prosecutors met with investors and authorized bodies.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Yessil District Prosecutor’s Office, The Astana Development Center, Astana Chamber of Entrepreneurs, Investment Committee, various government agencies, as well as investors and business representatives of the capital.

Participants were informed about the "Prosecutorial Filter" initiative, and the effectiveness of prosecutorial support for investment projects and business rights protection was emphasized.

Over the past year and a half, the Yessil District Prosecutor’s Office has safeguarded the rights of over 2,000 business entities and resolved 10 problematic investor cases with a total investment value exceeding 40 billion tenge.

Additionally, District Prosecutor Y.E. Tokbayev held personal consultations with investors and entrepreneurs, who shared their current issues and concerns.

As a result of the meeting, instructions were issued to relevant state authorities, and information brochures and guidance materials were distributed.

We remind you that to ensure proper business protection, a mobile group and a dedicated CALL center are functioning within the prosecutor’s office to safeguard the rights of investors and entrepreneurs.
