A working meeting chaired by Kudret Akylbek, Prosecutor of Nura District of Astana, was held at the Astana Development Center with the participation of government agencies and business representatives.
During the discussion, key issues related to the implementation of investment projects in the district were addressed, including:

registration and approval of land plots;

approval of sketch designs and project documentation;

technical failures on the Unified State Real Estate Cadastre portal;

disagreements regarding permits and legal matters;
-
placement of facilities and use of adjacent territories.
The main goal of the meeting was to find joint solutions aimed at accelerating the implementation of investment projects and creating favorable conditions for businesses in Astana.
As a result, participants received the necessary clarifications, and further steps were outlined to resolve the raised issues.
Currently, around 50 investment projects worth 114 billion tenge are being implemented in Nura District. During the reporting period, the Prosecutor’s Office resolved seven problematic investor cases.
