On December 26, 2024, Astana summed up the results of the "Career Guidance tours" project, organized by Astana Development Center LLP with the support of the Mayor's Office of the capital. Certificates and letters of thanks to the participants and partners of the project were presented by Kuanysh Bauyrzhanovich Saparov, Deputy Head of the Astana Investment and Entrepreneurship Development Department.
The project, launched in 2023, helps schoolchildren and students to consciously choose a professional path. Its importance is especially emphasized by the initiative of the Head of State, who declared 2025 the Year of Working Professions in his message to the people.
- In 2023, the project covered more than 10,100 students.
- In 2024, more than 12,700 schoolchildren and students from 97 schools and 23 colleges in the capital participated.
- The participants visited 43 leading organizations and universities, where they got acquainted with working professions and gained valuable practical knowledge.
The guided tours allowed schoolchildren and students not only to learn about the key professions in demand on the labor market, but also to immerse themselves in their atmosphere.
Special thanks were expressed to Tatiana Stepanovna Vernitskaya, Director of the tour operator Gvidon tour, for her significant contribution to the organization of the project. In addition, letters of thanks from Deputy Akim of Astana Evgeny Sergeevich Glotov were received by educational institutions and enterprises that supported this initiative.
The project will continue to be implemented in 2025, which will allow even more schoolchildren and students of the capital to gain valuable knowledge about professions, be inspired by new ideas and take a step towards professional success.
